Hypnotension (Hypnosis for Hypertension)
Hypertension (HTN or HT), also known as high blood pressure (HBP), is a long term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated. High blood pressure usually does not cause symptoms. Long term high blood pressure, however, is a major risk factor for coronary artery disease, stroke, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, vision loss, and chronic kidney disease. Hypertension or commonly known as high blood pressure condition can lead to serious health problems such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure or kidney disease.
Latest statistics such as In 2014-15, 11.3% of Australians (2.6 million people) reported having hypertension, with prevalence higher amongst males than females (12.0% compared with 10.7% respectively).
The Hypnotension programme (blood pressure reduction and stabilisation with help of hypnosis) was specifically created to assist anyone who experiences HBP condition any time in their lives and it includes an elaborate precise approach that will address your emotional and physical health triggers that contribute to maintain the elevated BP and will create/construct the desired achievable solutions for the optimum health with help of hypnosis implementation. No pharmacological intervention included. The Hypotension programme is a structured hypnosis based therapy that will support your optimum health and teach you how to return and maintain the optimum BP for your health. NB: Hypnotension is not meant to replace any treatment you are receiving from a qualified medical practitioner, it is meant to complement it.
During the therapy we together will identify the emotional and behavioural triggers that sustain undesirable high levels of the BP and create client centred approach that will be easy to follow.

I believe multiple psychosomatic conditions may be approached in the drug free manner coupled with supportive Client Centred approach and therefore can only advantage, support clients in their best interests. In my opinion, focusing on quality of the relationship with client is paramount as treatment itself.
